Victor manufactures the machine castings at its own Meehanite foundry based in Taichung Hsien. Meehanite is a strictly assessed standard for producing high quality castings. All castings are manufactured to ISO9001 certified by TUV in Germany one of the strictest in the world.
The casting is an important influencing factor for the machine life, which is why Victor is chosen by Japanese companies such as Makino EDM machine, Brother tapping machine and Fanuc robotics for manufacturing high precision, high quality and reliable castings.
Victor only uses quality parts from respected suppliers
- Hydraulics by Vickers, Rexroth or Tokimek Japan
- Oil seals from Merkel Germany
- Transducers from Novatech Germany or Sferince France.
- Tie Bar steel from Japan and Japanese Bushes
- Screw and barrel from Germany
More companies are selecting Victor machine’s. Nineteen years ago Foxconn one of the largest manufactures of high precision connectors and the iphone only purchased Japanese or German manufactured machines, they tested a Victor machine, were impressed with the quality of the machine and to date they have purchased over 5,600 Victor machines across their 12 factories in China and Taiwan. Similarly Delta Electronic tested Victor machines and have purchased more than 1,050 machines for their factories in China, Taiwan and Thailand.
One of the first machines imported into the UK over 20 years ago, a Vaccurate –180 is still running to this day, a sure endorsement of the machines quality.
As they say, to see is to believe, that is why you are welcome to visit our Rochdale centre to view the quality of the machines first hand.
